This data set comprises 34.224 axial images of head CTA phantom aneurysm 50-03 acquired with a Siemens NAEOTOM Alpha photon-counting CT scanner.

The data is organized in 72 series with 24 doses from 0.4 to 20 mGy reconstructed with the Bv40 kernel. Each series is available with a slice thickness of 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm and 1 mm.

The data provides comprehensive coverage of anatomy and pathology (three intracranial aneurysms) across various doses, all acquired on a state-of-the-art photon-counting CT scanner.
