We recently scanned our Aneurysm Head Phantom to examine the influence of image data quality on AI algorithms for intracranial aneurysm detection. Our phantom provides a valuable tool, replicating real-world imaging conditions.

Systematic scans on machines from different manufacturers revealed a spectrum of imaging outcomes, which might impact the performance of AI algorithms in aneurysm management. The nuanced relationship between image data quality and AI algorithm performance is often hard to assess systematically: being able to access such insights can be crucial for healthcare professionals and developers.
